We have left these topics out not because they are less important, but rather because they are more complex challenges, and will require more complex solutions. These topics include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Diversity, equity, inclusion, and anti-racism<\/li>\n<li>Mental health and wellness<\/li>\n<li>Power abuses such as harassment, bullying, and assault<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If your department or university already has best practices around these issues we invite you to share those with Future of Research so we can being collating resources.
